Rebecca Lukban, PHR - SR HR Consultant
Rebecca is human resources professional with more than fourteen years experience in human resources in many different industries. Rebecca began her career as a HR generalist/manager, and in the last three years expanded her career into the PEO industry as an account manager with Professional Employer Plans, Inc. In 2008, Oasis Outsourcing purchased Professional Employer Plans, Inc., and Rebecca continued with them as a SR HR Consultant. Rebecca has worked with industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, legal, engineering, staffing, homebuilders, resorts, hospitality, service, and distribution. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the
University of
South Florida and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. In 2008, Rebecca accepted a position as the Director of Communications for HR Tampa a local chapter of SHRM. Rebecca is passionate about educating her clients, potential prospects and mentoring to other in-house employees about the importance of human resources and how to fully understand the requirements of staying compliant.
