Joe Part is the Founding Partner of Alltrust Insurance, Tampa Bay's # 1 employee benefit firm, headquartered in Palm Harbor, FL. AllTrust Insurance advises Tampa Bay employer groups on group healthcare, group life, dental, short and long term disability. Joe works with mid to large market business, 25- 2000 employees, to create,to manage, and then negotiate the best values for their firms benefit packages. Joe and his firm services over 450 clients, all domiciled in Florida, many with a national footprint. These clients range from NYSE firms to over 100 medical practices. Joe is a member of all the major carriers advisory boards, and regularly presents workshops on topics such as managed care, healthcare reform, and benefit related topics.

Corey Lilburn, AllTrust Vice President where consults with CEO’s and CFO’s of small to medium sized companies throughout West-Central Florida. He advises them on group health insurance and employee benefits decisions. He provides forecasts and benchmarking in an extremely volatile industry and educates staff members on healthcare utilization. A graduate from the University of Michigan, he achieved the GBA designation and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, both advanced programs through the Wharton School of Business. Corey was selected by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of Tampa’s “30 Under 30” honorees in 2005. Corey served two years on the Board of Directors for Emerge Tampa, a leadership development program through the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He is a founding board member of the non-profit Bay Area Advisors, a board member of the non-profit One Student, and a member of the St. Pete Young Professionals through the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce.
